The lending market like most other markets is convoluted and full of unprofessional sales people who are not able to first understand a clients needs let alone suggest a solution.
After previously being in the financial/lending market myself for 12 years, I found Markus and his team to have a refreshing approach to lending and not being tied to a rule book by where you may fall out of the sphere by half of a percent.
I thought with my previous knowledge that I had a pretty fair handle on lending, however 12 years is a long time to be out of any business and I was impressed by Markus' knowledge of his product as well as his empathy for his potential client at the time.
